1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jtae9 platform and all its services. By accessing the website or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

3 Account Management

4 Financial Transactions

Deposit Rules

You can deposit funds on jtae9 using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jtae9 does not charge any additional fee on deposits, though the payment service provider's own charges may apply.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.

• Withdrawal requests can only be made from verified accounts.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• jtae9 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for unusual or suspicious transactions.

Currency and Conversion

The base currency for all services on the jtae9 platform is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Transactions in any other currency are not directly accepted.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

jtae9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has specific terms and conditions, which are detailed on the offer page.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x). This means that to withdraw the bonus, you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on specific games or categories — please refer to the rules of each offer.
• Claiming multiple bonuses at the same time is generally not permitted unless stated otherwise.
• If the terms of any bonus offer are violated, jtae9 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

8 Intellectual Property

All content published on the jtae9 platform — including logos, brand names, designs, software, text, graphics, videos, and sound files — is owned by jtae9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may use platform content for personal and non-commercial purposes. However, no content may be reproduced, distributed, broadcast, or used commercially without jtae9's written permission.

Game software and content are separately protected by the intellectual property rights of the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, etc.).

9 Limitation of Liability
